Studio Rules & Rental Guidelines

To maintain a clean, respectful, and professional environment:

  • Maximum occupancy is 5 people, including the photographer

  • Nudity is permitted, but sexual activity is strictly prohibited

  • No glitter, smoke bombs, body oils, or staining materials allowed

  • Music is fine—please keep volume at a respectful level

  • Reset any furniture or props before departure

  • Clean up after your session—trash, spills, or debris must be removed

  • Call us before leaving to coordinate key drop-off

A rental agreement will be sent for you to review and sign prior to your booking.
